Honey, got any eyeliner? I can’t find mine…

These are words I’m thankful I’ll never ever hear Eric say!

So after just making it home to catch the last 15 minutes of the American Idol finale (and being ever so thankful that I stopped watching this season months ago), I couldn’t help but think how different David Cook looked from the last time I had watched the show.

What could it be? His hair was rocker-fresh and sculpted as usual. A little gruffness in the beard didn’t seem unusual. His eyes seem so defined…wait, is that…is that…oh wow! He’s wearing eyeliner!

And yes, after they made the announcement that he had won, I did throw out a girly word of caution and said to the TV, “David dear…no don’t wipe at ‘em…it’s going to smear!”

So, what’s with this look and trend? Is it doing anything for these guys? I mean, should all the Frankensteins and Count Draculas be the only ones having fun at Halloween?

(I couldn’t find a good pic of David Cook, so I’ll be easy on him since he’s so green on the scene.)

    johnny depp could wear a tu tu and i’d think it was sexy. that man has a way of making me think “wait, that actually looks good. maybe eyeliner on dudes is a great idea!”

    Okay you gotta post something different - I’m starting to have nightmares of Eric looking like this. I mean I don’t care if it’s just holy cow I’m stressed to the max with work right now but these men in eyeliner (especially your husband) is starting to wig me out :)
